Off page optimization: (Level 2 optimization)
In search engine optimization, off-page optimization refers to factors that have an effect on your Web site or Web page listing in natural search results. These factors are off-site in that they are not controlled by you or the coding on your page. Examples of off-page optimization include things such as link popularity and page rank
Process Flow:
1. Directory Submissions
Directory submission refers to the process of adding your website to a web directory. The directory submission process involves submitting your website URL along with other details of your website to the most appropriate category.
In the SEO world, directory submission is the basic step taken by marketers to improve link popularity of a website. This can be done by the webmaster himself or he can outsource it to somebody who is good at this.
2. Social book marking
What is social bookmarking? It is tagging a website and saving it for later. Instead of saving them to your web browser, you are saving them to the web. And, because your bookmarks are online, you can easily share them with friends.
Not only can you save your favourite websites and send them to your friends, but you can also look at what other people have found interesting enough to tag. Most social bookmarking sites allow you to browse through the items based on most popular, recently added, or belonging to a certain category like shopping, technology, politics, blogging, news, sports, etc.
3. Article Submission
Article Marketing is a fantastic way to give value to the Internet Community and attract leads (prospects) to you and your business.
Article Marketing is one strategy that allows you to be creative and write about things that you like, believe in or are interested in. If you are building a business on the Internet, whether it is an Affiliate marketing business or an Internet Network Marketing Business, article marketing is a skill worth learning.
4. Event listing and content sharing websites in internet
Now you’ve written that first article and you’re really excited about it. You can hardly wait to get it out in cyberspace. How do you do it and how much is it going to cost?
The good news is that there are a number of sites you can use and they’re free! This is no doubt music to your ears.
Content sharing sites are where people like you can post your content and have it appear on the Internet and you don’t have to have your own website or webmaster to do it.

5. Press Releases
SEO press releases are newsworthy press releases just like a standard press release. The difference when you submit SEO press releases, is that the text of the content is optimized in several ways to help you achieve greater visibility in the search engines. If your company is submitting press releases anyway, it makes sense to submit SEO press releases to enhance your online presence!
SEO press releases are NOT a way or a reason to publish spam. When you submit SEO press releases to Online PR News it is reviewed by a human to ensure that it has a relevant, newsworthy angle, and is not spam.
